Maine Marriage License Mail-In Request To fulfill your request, the following information
is needed:
Name of bride (use maiden name).
Name of groom.
Date of marriage.
Name of city/town the marriage occurred in.
Please include a daytime telephone number.
Please make the check payable to: "Treasurer -
State of Maine".
Vital Records 1923-Present - The fee for one certified copy is $15.00. The fee
for additional certified copies of the same record is $6.00 each. Send self-addressed
stamped envelope with your payment.
